Made to Order product delivery

Our made to order products are usually ready for delivery in 6 – 8 weeks via our two man service, unless you opt for our Elite delivery service.

 

Elite delivery

Relax as we take complete control of your Mirrors by Nova delivery experience with our Elite service. You will receive a text message the day before your delivery with a four hour time-slot. Your furniture will be delivered with every care and attention to the room of your choice by a two man team. Here, any necessary assembly will be carried out and once you have confirmed you are happy with the product, all packaging will be removed from site. This service costs £100 and is available on our made to order collections as well as a selection of products that require assembly. Delivery timescales for non made to order products will be confirmed when your piece is ready.

 

Direct Dispatch Items

Some of our items are sent to you directly from the manufacturer, not by our own courier. This information will appear on the “Delivery” tab on the product page if applicable.

Delivery can take up to 21 working days, depending on the size of the item and location.

For larger items, the manufacturer’s delivery team will contact you to arrange a convenient date for delivery.

If you are not satisfied with the condition on arrival or if you need to return a "Direct Dispatch" item, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately, as these items must be returned to our supplier directly.

 

Please note 

Make sure to fully check the product and ensure that you are fully satisfied, before asking the packaging to be removed. Unfortunately, we are not able to send you new packaging and we cannot accept any large items to be returned without it.

If the delivery crew feel it is unsafe for them to take it to a particular room, upstairs, small area, etc... and/or without doing potential damages to walls/flooring - at their discretion, they can refuse the room of choice delivery and can also refuse to remove the packaging.
